PAIR is an experimental, on-chain token launchpad protocol built on Solana. Before using PAIR — whether as a launcher, a creator, or a token holder — please read the following disclosures carefully. They describe the real risks and limitations that come with participating in any early-stage crypto protocol. Your continued use of PAIR constitutes acknowledgment of these notices.
Tokens launched on PAIR are highly speculative. You may lose the entire value of any funds you commit. Do not participate with money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
PAIR is a technology protocol. Nothing in this documentation, on the PAIR platform, or in any official PAIR communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The content provided is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any action you take, and you should consult qualified professionals before making any financial or legal decisions related to crypto assets.

Crypto Asset Risk

Crypto assets, including tokens launched on PAIR, are highly volatile and speculative instruments. Their value can fall to zero. Past performance of any token, memecoin, or paired asset does not guarantee future results. There is no assurance that any token launched on PAIR will have any market value at any point in time.
Factors that can affect the value of a PAIR token include, but are not limited to: trading volume, liquidity conditions, broader crypto market movements, changes to the protocol itself, regulatory developments, and the actions or inactions of creators and other participants. None of these factors are within PAIR’s control.

Any stock price, ticker symbol, or market data displayed on the PAIR platform is provided for informational and narrative purposes only. This data:
  • Does not constitute an endorsement of, or representation about, any publicly traded company or its securities
  • Does not imply any financial relationship between PAIR and any company
  • May be delayed, incomplete, or sourced from third parties and is not guaranteed to be accurate
Stock pairings in PAIR tokens are cultural and narrative identifiers. They do not represent ownership of, or any legal claim against, the underlying company or its shares.

No Affiliation With Creators, Companies, or Tokens

PAIR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any X (Twitter) creator, public figure, corporation, stock, or memecoin project unless explicitly and verifiably stated. Creator pairings are a protocol feature that allows launchers to associate a token with a public narrative — they do not imply that the paired creator or company has approved, endorsed, or is aware of the token.
Creators whose X handles appear in PAIR token names have not necessarily registered with or consented to the protocol. Fee routing to unregistered creators is subject to protocol-specific rules. PAIR makes no warranty that any creator will claim or receive fees associated with their handle.

Smart Contract Risk

PAIR’s on-chain functionality is implemented in smart contracts on the Solana network. Smart contracts are software, and all software can contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behaviors. Risks include but are not limited to:
  • Logic errors or exploits in contract code
  • Interactions with third-party protocols that introduce additional risk surfaces
  • Network-level issues on Solana itself, including congestion or outages
Use of PAIR is entirely at your own risk. PAIR and its contributors cannot guarantee the security or uninterrupted operation of the protocol’s smart contracts. For current audit status, refer to official PAIR security announcements.

Regulatory Notice

The availability of PAIR and its features may be restricted, limited, or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Regulatory treatment of crypto assets, token launches, and associated fee structures varies significantly by country and region and is subject to change. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of PAIR complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you, including those governing securities, commodities, money transmission, and taxation.
PAIR does not provide regulatory guidance or legal opinions. By using the protocol, you represent that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction. PAIR reserves the right to restrict access to its platform in any jurisdiction at any time without notice.

No Guarantees on Protocol Economics

Protocol fees, buyback activity, and holder rewards are entirely dependent on trading activity and market conditions. PAIR makes no guarantee of any of the following:
  • That trading fees will be generated at any level
  • That buybacks will occur or have any price impact
  • That holder rewards will accrue or reach any particular amount
  • That fee allocation mechanisms will operate identically across all future protocol versions
All economic outcomes are emergent, variable, and subject to the underlying activity of market participants.

Experimental Protocol

PAIR is in active development. Features, interfaces, fee structures, and contract behavior may change, be deprecated, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable — with or without prior notice. Documentation may not always reflect the most current state of the deployed protocol. You should verify current protocol behavior on-chain or through official PAIR channels before making decisions based on documentation alone.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PAIR and its contributors, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the protocol, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or inability to access your tokens. You use PAIR voluntarily and at your own risk.
